Booking a tour with Mimark Tours and Safaris is easy! You can:
Once details are confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice and secure your reservation upon deposit.
Our tour packages typically include:
– Accommodation as per itinerary
– All meals during the safari (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
– Park entry fees and conservation charges
– Professional English-speaking driver/guide
– Private 4×4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof
– Unlimited game drives
– Bottled drinking water during the safari
– Airport transfers (if stated in the itinerary)
– Government taxes and levies
Note: Inclusions may vary slightly depending on the specific tour package. Always check your detailed itinerary for clarity.
Our general cancellation policy is as follows:
– More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus transaction/bank fees
– 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of total cost will be charged
– 7 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of total cost will be charged
– Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total cost will be charged
Most of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. However, certain activities like walking safaris, canoeing, or hiking may have minimum age requirements (usually 12 years and above) for safety reasons. We recommend informing us of the ages of all travellers so we can tailor the itinerary accordingly.
We recommend packing the following essentials:
– Light, breathable clothing for the day and warm layers for cooler mornings and evenings
– Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots
– Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen
– Insect repellent
– Binoculars and camera
– Personal toiletries and medications
– A small daypack for excursions
– Travel documents (passport, visa, insurance)
